Loved how close the property was to Westfield Stratford City, Victoria Park, Snaresbrook, and West Ham. Also appreciated the free WiFi and express check-in/check-out.
Can't get enough of noisy neighbors and thin walls. Such a delight to hear every conversation and door creak.

The room at Norman House E11 was clean and cozy, with beautiful decor and furniture. The kitchen had a great ambiance, and the bathroom was decent. The check-in process was easy, with clear instructions provided. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and a supermarket, making it convenient for travelers. The availability of a washing and drying machine for laundry was a plus. The staff, though remote, was responsive to my questions and provided clear instructions. I appreciated the help I received when moving rooms during my stay. I am satisfied with my experience at Norman House E11.
I would have preferred a more stable temperature for the shower water on the first and second floors. The instructions for locking and unlocking the door between the kitchen and the garden were not clear, leading to potential security concerns.

The accommodation had a great location, with the subway just a short walk away and easy access to central areas. There were plenty of shops and a plaza nearby, making it convenient for shopping and finding everything needed. The area was safe and quiet, providing a peaceful stay. The kitchen equipment was well-equipped, allowing for easy meal preparation. The host and staff were friendly and helpful, always available to assist. it was a good value accommodation, especially considering the expensive prices in the city.
The stay was marred by other guests who were extremely disruptive. The walls and floors were so thin that conversations from neighboring rooms could be heard clearly.

The hotel was located just off the olympic stadium, the center in 20 minutes and the Tube...
Lift was missed, we were a little disappointed.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better at the hotel is more variety.

The communal areas, such as the kitchen and bathroom, were well-maintained and had useful appliances. the owner was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel welcome and ensuring that any issues were addressed promptly.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The appearance of the hotel from the outside was off-putting, with overflowing bins and rubbish scattered around.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, which made for a decent night's sleep. The location was convenient, with a metro station just a short walk away and a supermarket nearby for any essentials I needed. Additionally, the owner or landlord was helpful and responsive, making it easy to communicate with them.
My stay was marred by a few negative factors. there were issues with the water temperature in the showers, with it being either too hot or too cold on different floors.
